 Can be used alone, but designed to compliment the Ready for Reading: Level 1 Beginning Phonics Curriculum. This spelling book helps students to make the connection of reading to writing!

My First Spelling Book is included in the Ready For Reading: Level 1 Phonics Curriculum which can be found in my shop!

Gradually building each week, students are given a sound and asked to write the letter that makes the sound.

Three-letter, short vowel sound words are gently introduced.
